Full Estate Sale Operations Consists Of:

Pre-Sale Operations -"sale-proof" premise and preplan customer routing, merchandise areas, take measures to provide for the preservation of the premise during the estate sale.

Merchandising - Research and assess fair market values, pricing, sorting, merchandising and displaying of all estate items for maximum sales return.

POS/Marketing - Advertise utilizing local newspaper/media and website. From estatesales.net, a nation-wide estate sale listing website that has thousands of subscribers. Our personal weekly e-mails to several hundred subscribers, we personally contact our extensive list of dealers & collectors to bring the highest number of potential buyers to your sale. We also advertise your estate sale at our other sales prior to your scheduled date and we provide professional directional sale signage for walk-ins.

Sale Operations - Post and implement all appropriate "Conduct of Sale" rules and guidelines. Provide professional staffing, cash register receipts/documentation, credit card machine, and any needed supplies. Regulate sale operations, customers, and personnel.

Post Sale Operations - Arrangements can be made for premise cleaning, total liquidation of remaining items. Final sales financial report review.

Internet Consignments - We offer internet sales services for individually appraised items. Years of experience conducting professional online auctioning through eBay.

Settlement After the Sale:

We maintain a cash drawer & accept credit cards during the sale and keep all proceeds after the sale and until everything has cleared the bank. Then our fees and expenses are deducted and the balance of the proceeds are paid to the designated recipient of the estate within 14 days of the sale.
