WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF AN ESTATE BUY OUT OR LIQUIDATION?

Estate Buy out: We place a bid on the whole estate, the good, the bad, & the EVERYTHING!
Liquidation: We place a bid on the items we want.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES FOR AN ESTATE SALE?

Our commission is generally 35-55% of the gross sales. Our fees include all advertising, all pre-sale organization, research, pricing & staffing of the sale. We can provide extra services as you may require on a fee for service basis including clean-out & trash hauling service. There are no up-front costs.

WHEN DO YOU PAY ME?

If its an Estate Buy Out or Liquidation, it will be on the day of pickup. Our Estate sales, We present you with the proceeds of the sale, less our commission, no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the sale.

WHAT SHOULD I THROW AWAY & WHAT SHOULD I KEEP?

We always advise clients NOT TO THROW ANYTHING AWAY until they've met with us. Heed the old adage that “one man's trash is another man's treasure”. All common household goods, pots & pans, even cleaning products, old cosmetics, linens, old papers, garage items – virtually EVERYTHING in a home can bring in revenue at your estate sale.
